I taught school for almost 20 years. I taught elementary, middle and high school. I have developed instructional strategies, some were successful, most were not. I can clearly see that the instruction of the future will certainly involve a great deal of technology. The classroom walls are too confining with the availability of the world to assist with instruction. For teachers, it can seem overwhelming because the everyday laments seems to be, "I just want my students to read and write".
I am anxious to be on the frontline of designing effective instructional materials and strategies that will make technology seem palatable for teachers.
